Can I run without ....

Can I run without my MAF sensor ?

I just got one from the junkyard , lasted three days and took a crap on me . I have a warranty on it , so all I have to do is take it back but , I wont be able to do that until next Fri . Will it hurt anything to run without until next fri ? I will be driving for an hour (60 miles) Mon thru thurs of next week .

It will probably run but not very well. You will probably notice a loss of power, surging, poor idle, bad gas mileage, etc.

If it were my car, I would not drive it until the sensor is fixed but if it is your only car then you might have to chance it.

Finding another temp ride is alot cheaper than what damage may happen.
Short hope, sure.
You plan on a "drive".
Wise solution is another temp ride.
