For the tech part: I found, and bought, the holy grail for the 85 Firebirds
1985 Pontiac Firebird Service Manual for $45. This plus some pics of 86 & 87 v6 firebirds there will help answer some of my swap required questions. I can also use it to help all ya'll

Nice pics wish I could have that nice of a paint job!! Some day when I get some money................. Good find on the manual, I remember when I got my 1992 Camaro factory manual, I WAS impressied on how much info and good tips are in it and how it bets the crap out of that haynes stuff.
