Did i get a good deal?
First car
.. I bought a 92 Chevy Camaro 25th Anniv. Heritage edition.. it has 99K miles on it, interior is very nice and only the dash is cracked slightly on the edges, and the floor pan and seating bracket need replaced/patched and there are a few bondo spots near the wheel wells the need sanded and repainted the car could also use a new paintjob... Otherwise the car runs great, steeering, tranny and engine are all very tight. I paid 2000 for it, Was that a good deal? Also..where can i find some go-fast goodies to put on, Im not looking for TONS of speed cuz i don't have tons of money, but more show than go..What would you suggest I do to it to have a great car? PS pic should be attached.. lemme know if it doesnt work.. Thanks in advance!!

I think you got a good deal! Gosh, what I wouldn't give for ttops...... but anyways, I paid 2000 for my 92. It's not a heritage edition but it has a rare 92 only color for thirdgens! Mine didn't need paint when I got it but now it does and it's gotten me around great. I got the car with 102000 miles on it and it's a five speed which is a HUGE plus. I say "Score on the 92 for you!"
Some people might say you paid too much but you have a heritage with ttops and I think that's well worth the money. Granted it had bondo which could be bad......Well anyways, first thing everyone will tell you to do is do a FULL TUNE UP. If you use the search button and look in the v6 section for Tune up you will find a post with everything that we v6'ers suggest you do to start off modding your car. Good luck! Eric

Tune up. Make a cold air intake, Install a muffler. Then you could go for a power crank pully, around 75 I think I payed, then upgrade the ignition system. Good job, stick around, ask, answer, and have fun. Welcome to the board
