Whats the canister type thing to the left of the air filter box, what's its purpose? Where exactly is the cruise control stuff? my cruise control doesnt work, i switch it to on, tried pusing the small switch past on, pushed the button on the side, nothing. any idea what might be wrong with it? and recent problem, streeting wheel tilt is locked all the way down, i can lift up on the steering wheel a good 3 inches, but i can unlock the wheel move it up and let it lock again and it wont move down, but it will still move the 3 or so inches up, any idea what might of broke?

 

Black canister is the charcole canister, hooked up to vacume, gastank, and a few other things. MUST be hooked up.
