Serpentine belt installation?

Serpentine belt installation?
I know this is a double post, but oh well - I need help quick. 
I got the old one off, but the new one (and the old one??) don't seem to fit! What's the proper way to install the belt on a 2.8 mpfi? The belt seems to be too short, but it's the same size as the old one. When I install it, I rotate the tensioner, but it doesn't move far enough for me to get the belt under it!
