2.8 V6 PS Pump Removal?!?!?

Cant get the damn thing off, when all the bolts are removed from the "shield" it still stays rock solid. I see the pump is attached to it with three bolts and the bracket behind it is attached to the block with one. Shouldnt it come off if all the shield bolts are off in front? 2 bolts it is, (that I can tell).

There are 2 nuts on the back of the pump holding it to the bracket. Either 13 or 15mm.

Yeah, there should be:

-1 small bolt into the water pump
-2 or 3 long bolts into the brackets
-2 nuts behind the pump

That's it.

Are you removing the pump completely?? If you're pulling the water pump, just push the PS pump aside. Don't let it hang though.

Nope just replacing the PS pump. It's seizing alot and was the cause of my /loose/broken alt. pulley. So it needs to be removed and replaced, ASAP.

Thanks Cali.,
