LOOKS SENSATIONAL!
My Blazer 3.4 motor is at same stage. Did my valve adjustment last week & got 150 PSI per cylinder I am so pleased with that high reading.
Rains gone, warm weather, only hope my sprained shoulder holds out to wrap up my 2.8->3.4 Swap Boogie Blazer project.
I am so anxious to drive my moving Blazer again..... (no fun driving it in this current stationary stage!)

backfire on mpfi is interesting

think I'll go back & verify that #1 tdc location again

am still going to have open manifolds , will put headers on when tranny dies & needs rebuild. more room to work then , will also be registered & **** e-checked

You're off a tooth or you're off 180* on distb install.
Be patient You'll make it happen.
You did line new chain up dot to dot right?
Backfire=spark happening wrong time
Hope the new timing chain went on correct!
