Another Quick Question...
Just curious, on an '87 2.8, is the ignition coil seperately mounted, or is it a coil-in-cap model....?

Transmission: 700R4
All the 2.8/3.1 MPFI motors, years 85-92, had the remote coil HEI. I think the v8 TPI's got the remote coil HEI in '87... so we were a few years ahead of them. 
Aren't the 82-84 2.8's coil-in-cap? Don't remember, been a while since I've seen one.
