Hey guys noob here.

Just wondering if any of you fellow 60* V6'ers have nitrous.

Anyone run there car at the track with nitrous? What shot? What other mods?

I'm looking to get the NOS 2.8L TBI kit.

Also have headers and cam on the list before that.

BTW: I've been suggested to from another site to read up on KED85's posts about 3.4L swaps and other goodies. I have his distributor tear down article saved on my computer.

 

There's someone named pontiacguy who has a mustang nitrous kit on his car, do a search and you'll find the many posts about it. Also, just the other day I posted about a nitrous kit for the 2.8 engine that I found in the online Summit Catalog.

Also, Look for Camaro Hunter C's headers. Do a search, you'll find a lot of stuff.

I've seen some threads about CHC's headers. But i'm in luck Edelbrock makes a set of smog legal tubes for my truck. Thats what i'm gonna go with.

 

I'm thinking about it. still researrching/reading up on the different companies take/approach to it. Also the $$$$ involved.

 

The only one i've seen is the NOS kit. Seems pretty good, and I trust NOS cause there almost the godfathers of nitrous.
