Powder Coating Kits

Powder Coating Kits

everyone knows about hot coat , they got 2 kits.

do it your self kit 150
pro gun for business kit 900

anyone else make a kit???

Can I use the 150 kit to start a small business??? does it work well or ???

Just gonna do parts for motorcycles, case covers and header pipes. using mostly hi temp powder.

I dont want to spend 150 bucks and find out its wont do anything but 900 is allot for a pro kit.

not even sure what all I would need but I know about 500 guys would get their header pipes coated. On the Virago when you buy after market you must reuse two small piece of header pipe that looks like hell with a new set of chrome mufflers.

I can get an oven for 50 bucks, got 2 air compressors, Just looking to make a few bucks and supply a service. Also powder coat everything I own.

and where is a good place to get powder, does it really matter, is powder powder??? anyone know a cheap place for the hi temp stuff?

Does powder coatin chip or flake??? say you powder coated some bolt heads, like painting them, push them through cardboard and just do the heads. Would the coating be able to flake or peel on the edge???

same thing with a engine side case, would you have to do the whole thing , inside and out. Or just do the out side and edges. would it peel or flake at the sharpe edge???

Full of questions, not getting anywhere is product review.
