Have you ever wanted your car in a video game?

Well if you have or even if you haven't I will be able to put your car into a video game,

all I need is a front, side, back and if possible a top shot of your car (the top shot doesn't really matter but if you have 1 It would help alot..) and a straight on dash shot...

Now I also need the specs for YOUR car.. Horsepower, torque, gearing ratios, O-60 time, 0-100 time, and length width and height....

Also please post the year and type of Camaro you own.. I will model out your car with 3d studio max and I will put it into the video game midtown madness.... go to (www.racersparadise.cjb.net or www.boxdesigns.cjb.net or www.centralgaming.net for details)

I am doing this because I have modelled out cars before but now I have ran out of cars that I have wanted to do.. and then I thought why not model out everyones third generation camaro at www.thirdgen.org)

So if you would be able to get me a front side back and maybe top shot of your car aswell as tuning specs listed above I will gladly makie it for you, it may take some time though so don't expect it in a week...

Also when you get the front side and back and top shots try nowtto get too much reflections with it or I will ahve to do way to much texture editing....

So please post your pics ASAP!

Thanks, SuPeR SpOrT

PS: Also when you are browsing through the Car pages for Midtown MAdness 1 at www.racersparadise.cjb.net my Nickname is Camaro, and everycar that says was made by Camaro, then it was made by me...

I have made a :

1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse
1969 Camaro
1992 Camaro RS
1948 Ford Pick-up
1970 Camaro SS

Thats all I can remember right now...

The only video racing game I like is Gran Turismo because it seems the most realistic. If you could put a thirdgen in the game - then I would be very interested. Otherwise, it doesn't seem that appealing to me.

Sorry dude, it sounds interesting though. KaZaA you say, that's my preffered p2p/mp3 downloading program. Very easy to use and to find different variations on songs and such.

No, LOL

It is an actual game that you can buy in stores and it is called microsoft's midtown madness, it was created in 1999

Angel studio's developed it and Microsoft published it..

I am just saying that if you don't want to pay the 15 bucks for it you can download it off of Kazaa for free...

here is teh microsoft sight..

http://www.microsoft.com/games/midtown/

browse through the dite and read over it,

basically what midtown madness is is a Driving simulator, which lets you drive around chicago.. in a cruise mode, a blitz mode, a checkpoint race mode and a multiplayer cop's and robbers mode...

It comes with 10 Cars and I know how to make addon cars for it, so I was asking if you were interested seeing your car placed into midtown madness, the game is only 15 bucks you can pick it up at any walmart...

I am making the addon cars for free, so just for fun I wanted to know if any of you guys were interested in seeing your car in midtown madness...

I'd love to see my car in a video game.

I've never played Midtown Madness, I think it'd be cool to see my car in Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2, but if I can have my car in it I'll GET Midtown Madness.

Yeah I know what you were saying, I was just wondering if the game was like that. Cause I saw a game before..forget it's name..it was a lot like that but you raced against other people online but you had to pay a monthly fee...the game ONLY worked online. I thought it might've been the game you were talking about. Hmm...I'll have to check this game out! I can get you photos, but they might be SLIGHTLY crappy....my camera sucks. I can give you an estimated just about everything, no clue about a 0-100 though..how about a friggin eternity?! Maybe I'll wait for my G-Tech.

I might send you some pics if I can get around to it. Still need to download the game and take headon, dash, top, and rear shots. got the side shot already. Sounds pretty cool.

Trying to get Motor city online to work, but I have to download 67mb of files with a 56k connection, and I can't start over if it gets cut off. WTF thats 4 @#%&%$ hrs of downloading.

Anyone tried this game yet. I'll let ya know if it's worth it if I can ever get it started.

I thought the first front shot was pretty "head-on", but maybe this is better?

I'm trying to find better side and back shots but these are the best I can come up with. When I get home from work I'll check through my pictures on my computer.

coolrimsatlast...i played motor city for about 4 months when it first came out.it was really buggy and repetitive. It suffers from extreme lag. Most people end up in the chat rooms or driving the tracks by themselves (to earn "money" for parts). It wasnt worth the $10 a month fee IMO.The premise was cool but the execution really sucked. As for your download problems,if you dont mind adware programs you can try GOZILLA or DOWNLOAD ACCELERATOR PLUS.Both of those allow you to resume a download where it left off in case your disconnected for some reason......SUPERSPORT,I think its cool your doing this..props man

i have built some cars for NFS4 High stakes and NFS3 Hot pursuit

but the way the structure is in NFS6 and (also in NFS5 porsche)
U cant add cars u can only replace the existing cars

in NFS4 a 3d studio max model can be made into
a car by just using carcad which is available for free
and then make a damaged version of the car..

NFS6 on the other hand is mroe arcade like
i bought a copy of it and i dont like it one bit
im thinkin that its a waste of money
NFS3 had more realism than this
u literally flip the car 4 or 5 times and crash it like
crazy ..and the only damage u see is a dent in the
hood....i dont get it ....

no doubt the graphics are better...but the realism is gone

one more thing i find real funny is that ..some cops just dont chase u
if u fly past them at speeds over 170mph

take a mclaren F1 and fly past a cop thats standstill
sometimes he doenst chase you...

I will model out your car with 3d studio max and I will put it into the video game midtown madness
that seems like a task that i wouldnt do for free.. i used 3d studio before and u must really like it or want to get really good w/ it if ur offering to do this.. i may take pics ofg my car just to get a 3d studio render of it

the 2 cars I've always wanted to see in a video game. 3rd gen and 66 or so nova

I absolutely LOVE working with my 3d program's the reason I am doing this is because I have ran out of other cars that I would like to make, so I thought y not make everyones car at thirdgen.org...

BTW there is a 66 nova that has already been completed for Midtown Madness (MM)
Although I could prolly make another one with that paint scheme

how do you or anyone get away with having blue lights on a car. I remember when in junior hi, the hi school kids with there decked out car, started putting red or blue lights on the back of traction bars.

and the cops fliped out on anyone who had any blue lights , in any spot on a car. blue lights are ilegal on anything but a police car, even just tiny blue dots.

now I know everyone get away with it now but what changed???

People around here still cant get away with it. They can't even get away with PURPLE or GREEN lights most of the damn time! I heard cops giving people tickets for purple "snake eyes" or "cobra eyes" lights..you know, the windshield sprayer lights! If that isn't BS, I don't know what is!

Not to mention they sold out and now there are supra's and other various cars that can be r iced up, as well there are trucks in it. I thought the game was about pure muscle cars, but soon they sold out.

just some of the general laws for cars/trucks I know for some reason.

no blue lights on any car but a cop car, and you can only have red lights on the back and side rear and yellow in the front and side front.

only firefights can have red lights on the roof, anyone including general public can have yellow, green or white lights on the roof.

1 headlight [on the left for a car/truck]
1 tail light
1 brake light

you dont need a rearview mirror or a back window [painted over what ever] if you have two side mirrors.

-----------------

But I see everyone else getting away with it, I have ever heard people with neon getting stoped if they can see the bulbs. like in school being too flashy is a distraction to the other students/drivers.

ppl talking about lights on cars.. well, here is a breakdown of what each light means (this is federal as ar as i know)

blue = law enforcement
red = emergency vehicle
amber = other (usually used for warning light on stuff like road repair vehicles and such)

in cali, u must "concede right of way" or pull over for any venicle w/ red or blue lights on

cops here in cali have all 3 lights on there cars, where as ambulance and fire trucks only have red lights.. i know lots of places on the east coats that cop cars only have blue lights, ect, ect..

and the mirror thing, (this i know is state specific) in cali, u must have 2 usable mirrors.. driverside is a must and rearview on winshield or passengerside.. and if u have a rearview on winshield, u cannot block it line of sight (ie: pile a bunch of stuff in the back seat blocking the rear window) and if u cannot see out the back window u must have a passengerside mirror..

back on the topic of this thread, the person making the 3d studio max stuff, is there anyway u can send me the 3d studio file of a 3rd gen camaro (82-84 sc or 91-92 rs subgen perfered, but any will do).. as i would like to have this to do some animations for a club web page.. email me at loomdog32@hotmail.com or send me a msg on yahoo (loomdog32) or aol (loomdog559 / loomdog32).. i have a cable modem and my ims are always online..

Um that back shot will absolutely not work for me... I might be able to find a decent back shot online for your car....

Um, I need some camaro side fronts and backs, in order to start modelling out the camaro model, Unless someone has blueprints for a front back and side shot of a camaro...

I would give you some pics of my Camaro to use but:

I can't move it cuz the fuel pump's still broken.

Someone stole my Saleen wing off of it and there are black primer spots on the trunk.

When I was getting it towed home after the fuel pump broke, one of my hood louvers snapped in half.

My Dashboard is laying across the seats.

Yep, that would be one ****ty lookin car.
