Yes it will fit if you use the 2.8 intake on the 3.4 it will look exactly like the 2.8, this is how the California boys pass the visual inspections LOL.

I would replace the Cat withe a cut-out, it will save you some money and you will get some more power.

Let me know how it turns out I want to get the dynomax with the 3.4 here sone.

I have a 3.1 with dyno max, and gutted cat. But I also have a exhaust leak between the both.

Before you take one part of your car, make sure that "clamp" that bolts up to the cat is on right. Mine was put on backwards buy dynomax and I didn't notice it tell it was in car, and that was the last thing I was bolting up. No way I was gonna take it down just for that. So I rigged some stuff up for now.

Gong to a 3.4 will be no problem with that catback

Avoid gutting or hollowing your cat as well... It creates an open chamber where exhaust gases will expand and ruins the airflow... Instead, gut it and run a pipe through it...makes better power that way.

very very doubtful. Sound is obvious, and more fuel smell is obvious. Let alone is not their to do its job.
