No. Those are for a V-8.

He's right, and to my knowledge, there is nobody that makes headers for the 3.1 or the 2.8.

There is a topic of prototype headers just down the page a bit. The guy says to email him for questions. They quoted 315 dollars for mild steel headers that will fit a 82-92 fbody v6. Here is his email from his profile. michaellasiuta@worldnet.att.net
