New Cat and Idle question

Ok I just got a new regular (not high flow) Cat for my car (the old one was very broken and turned sideways inside) anyway my car used to idle at about 1100 and now idles at about 650 or 700. I was just wondering if this is normal???? Thanks

Cory

Idle for these is "low".
Yeah yours is pretty correct.
Timing setting controls idle speed.
IF good t. chain ya idle speed is that low range.

For a '92 w/auto it is 650 rpm in gear and 700 rpm in park/neutral while at the proper operating temperature.
