OoOoO both tires spin!!

so, i have it some thought and was like F*&* it! ima take the spare out and see what i do at the track, so i line up and proceed to burn the one tire, when the whole car slides to the left, im like OMG! r they both going, pop open the driver door and gave it a lil look see, white smoke coming from the left tire!!

now why did u tell me a 5 min job of removing spare and jack would let me do that!!!

gotta have the 2

i dont see what the spare and jack have anything to do with getting both tires to spin? mine will spin both sides in the rain and car will go sideways from a 20mph roll if i floor it. a couple of times they both spun on dry pavement judging from the tire marks.

Eh, I have the spare tire & jack out, and mine both dont light up, but then again one ebrake doesnt work so it might be putting enough pressure to stop both from goin

Under some conditions of low traction, an open differential will spin both.

the spare tire and the jack are on the right side. lightening the right side will not cause the left side tire to spin. not to mention that the tire and jack weigh all of 10 lbs, if that. at the track....did you back into the water before you did your burnout?

Why are you doing a burnout with street tires at the track?

Slicks when they get really hot get sticky.

On the other hand, regular tires (not drag radials) get oily and actually get less traction.

i get lower times when i lite em up, but suffer no traction on the street, and i dont even like driving my car when its wet.....

i didnt use the ebrake when i spun em both, i just did some powerbrake action
