Look in other GM cars for seats, too. Chances are good that your seat rails (between seat cushion and floor) will bolt to other seats. For instance, my car had seats that I could never find in junkyards. (Found out later that they are trans am seats!) One day while hunting for seats, I saw a Pontiac 6000 4-door wagon. My buddy had a Pontiac 6000; lots of fun times in that beater, so I walked over to take a look- and saw my seats in it!! It was a "Pontiac 6000 S/E", and my seats were in there, in perfect condition. (Two-tone, separate adjustable headrest) Got 'em for $10/each, unbolted the seat rails (very tall!) from the seats, swapped my car's rails onto those seats, and they bolted right in.
Even further- it was a 4 door, the seats didn't tilt forward. Well, I took the sides apart, and installed my tilt-forward mechanism into the "new" seats' frame. The headrests even had holes underneath the fabric (found them with a sewing pin) for my seat belt loops!
So check out other cars, too.

What you could do to make life much easier is this:
Remove one of your front seats, flip it over, unbolt the rails from the seat bottoms (4 very ridiculously long 10mm bolts). Lay a piece of paper or a pizza box cover over the bottom of the seat, and mark where the 4 holes are. Bang, you've got a template.
When you go to the yards, bring a socket set and that template with you. All you have to do is pull a seat, remove the rails, and lay your template over the holes; if it fits, you've got seats.
Another thing you could do is make adapters. Home Depot sells strip stock - flat pieces of steel, 1/2 inch up to 2 inches in width, in 3 foot and 6 foot lengths. You might be able to make flat adapters that change a seat's bolt pattern to fit the f-body rails.
Good luck!!
There's something with Beretta and Cavalier seats where the seat rails use some kind of "wheel" setup... they don't bolt to the floor, they ride in some kind of track. So definately use the template on the Beretta-style seats. You'll see what I mean at the junkyard.
