my 3.1l has beat:

1984 Z28; LG4 w/auto
1988 Mustang LX; 2.3L 4cyl w/5spd
1989 Plymouth Grand Voyager LE; 3.0L V6 w/auto
1992 Ford Taurus LX; 3.0L V6 w/auto
1995 Honda Civic EX; r1ced out with a 5spd

I guess it's not bad for what it is, but I sure hate it when the new mustang GTs and Cobra's try to pick on me

 

Wins:
1996 Eagle Talon auto. - fart canister and K&N cone filter
2000 Pontiac Sunfire auto - bone stock
1996 Honda Civic EX 5 speed - gfx and fart canister from what I could see
1990 Chevy Suburban 454 auto - does this count?? lol
1994 Chevy Cavalier Z24 3.1V6 auto - bone stock (Their exhausts sound pretty good stock though IMHO)
Old Toyota Supra n/a - looked stock and rusted to me.....
Newer VW Jetta 1.8T auto - looked and sounded stock to me

Losses:
New Nissan Sentra SE-R V-spec 6 speed - had him through first and part of second gear till he got to those high RPMS and started to finally make torque....
Older fox body m*stang 5 speed - sounded highly modified and looked it too...
Semi-new Celica GT-S 6 speed - seemed stock I think, again I had him through first and part of second till he started revvin' up...

There are probably more but that is all that I can think of for now....

Berreta GT auto with some punk @sses that thought they were the SHIZ... went down like this...

Me, Austin, and Dan in my Camaro around 10pm heading down 441 in Leesburg - when a Wing/Tip Berreta GT with the driver's seat reclined ALL the way back, pulls up next to me. Austin looks at them and laughes when they rev at me. I let them start to pull away, when I nail 2nd from 35mph, and we're off. I reeled 'em in, and past them, with Austin givin them the big thumbs down.

I start to slow back down, when he comes flying by. Gets stopped at the stop light, with me sitting next to them. So I rev back, and motion that we're going. His buddy (Mr Thug) says he missed a shift, and I said "Bull! That things an automatic! I'm only running a V6 in this!" and that earns me the finger. Light goes green, they peel out, and I sidestep the clutch from 2700rpm and we're off! The guy obviously had no idea how to launch, so he got smoked, and we pulled up to two old people taking up both lanes. The GT gets pissy, and jumps to the inner turn lane for OPPOSING traffic, and flips me off again! Dan says 'What a loser!' and I say 'Hold the fukk on!' as I nail 2nd again (about 40 mph) and follow them, they cut back into the correct lane, and I proceed to pull to the top of third, flat out outrunning them. Next light, we're stopped again, laughing our asses off (I mean, beat from a roll, a stop, then get passed and STILL outrun you? Dude, you got owned - as Austin put it) adn they turn off.

Prolly not my brightest run, but I like to think I'm a damn good driver, and these punks weren't gonna think at ALL they outran me. This was even before the tuneup (mid/high 17s) so I can only imagine how out of tune they were. I don't think his ton of stereo equipment was helping anything, either!
