compression ratio
I have a 3.1 motor and want to get 9.5-10:1 comp ratio what would be the cheapest route to take. Mill head, flat top pistons(unless it already has them), zero deck block or any other ideas.

may want to see if there's a cylinder head out there that has a smaller combustion chamber.

you could mill the heads, or buy the super six heads. How much power gain are you looking for? maybe a rocker arm swap is what you're looking for:
4 flavors,
roller tip- 1.5 & 1.6
full roller -1.5 & 1.6
less work too.

1.6RR
Hey, I used a set of 1.6RR from a 350 with no problems at all. I did have to use my old pivot *****, the V8 ones are 3/8" and I'm metric. There shouldn't be any problems at all, just make sure to replace the jam nuts.
