I need help gettin this thing off
i got the upper plenum off and i cant figure out how to get the fuel rail(i think thats what it is) off.
Im talkin about that thing right in the center of the lower plenum

The subject of this message would make a great DVD title... 
The o-rings on the end of the injectors, right before the pintle caps (which will probably break into tiny pieces) can get melted to the intake manifold; that's what's causing the fuel rail to be stubborn.
If you reinstall the same injectors, buy a new injector o-ring kit... it's made by Standard, I believe the part # is SK12, but look it up from carparts.com or something, don't trust me on it. It's been a few years! And put some engine oil on the new o rings before reinstalling the fuel rail... swipe some oil into the injector holes of the intake manifold, too. If you tear an o-ring upon reinstallation you can cause a vacuum leak (and that's why you can't re-use your old o-rings). They're a special material; buna-n I think, it's brown colored, and resists fuel.

lol yea i thought someone would bring up the thread title 
I dont plan on rebuildin the motor, just tearin it down and sellin the parts. Im guttin the whole car.....

Oh, okay, in that case, here's what I did.
I stuck a big screwdriver between the lower plenum and fuel rail, and pried that fuel rail up.
