Free mods for my 3.1 Firebird?
Just curios guys. I can't really justify sinking in lots of $$$ into the 3.1 when I could put it into the TA instead. I've looked around at the beginner stuff on this site plenty, and I knew 3rd gens real well because I used to have an 88 Camaro with the 305TBI. Anyway, what kinda of free mods? And special intake stuff, cheap exhaust tricks, anything like that? Trust me, I don't know ANYTHING about these 3.1's. All I know is I took her to the track and ran a 17.125@79. I'd like to get quicker. What do you all think?

not really much "free", however, comma, there was a thread about $50 or less mods. good info. Also, w/the camaroons,
, there is the "free ram air" thing, tb coolant bypass, ........the $50 mods threads covers about 80% of what you're looking for.
