Looking for pics or diagrams of 2.8L Multiport FI engine in 89 Camaro RS or similar. It's auto trans, dual air ... had lowend shop replace the engine and something's not right. Haynes manual is useless. Specifically my question right now is the cylinder/valve covers, but I'd like to see the whole picture if possible. I'm looking for discrepancies with hoses, etc. Thanks!

 

THIS IS NOT YOUR VACUUM HOSE SET UP
1985 is a one year stand alone design.
YET the stuff is set up "like" this.
Follow what ya already got, patch it.
Easy
Use 5/16" windshiled wiper hose for patching cracks in the hard plastic lines.
OR find good ones in the yard.
PS good luck, as the stuff ain't no longer available. And the plastic cracks just by looking at it (fragile! by age & engine heat)
