alot of things can change track times, including non-car related things.
outside air temp
altitude (sp?) to sea level
auto vs manual
all things removed from car (radio, spare, floormats, etc.)
Bad reaction times to the lights/tree
bad tires (or even larger tires slow you down)
car not being alighned
something wrong with engine.
all this, and more change them times.

camaro tuner,
The best suggestion i could give ya would be to take ur timeslip (for ur best time) or multiple times if you've got them all, and then post the entire slip, you can normally tell if you're spinnin the tires to much, or if you're RPM's are way out of the powerband by looking at the entire slip, and some people on here might have some advice to help you.
