magnum roller rockers

Can I use the Comp cams magnum roller rockers on a 3.1l engine?
It only says for the 2.8.

Many sources will not list the 3.1 motor because of possible confusion between the transverse aluminum head 3.1 and the RWD 3.1 applications. They will work on RWD 60*V6 motors with cast iron heads (2.8, 3.1, and 3.4)

The Comp Cams Magnum roller tipped rockers will also work on Aluminium head 660s as well (gen2 and early gen3).

summit racing has roller tipped small block chevy rockers that work on the Iron head engines, IIRC they are cheaper too.

do we have to replace the studs to use these rockers? it says its for 10mm studs, arent ours 3/8? and if you look on the website, it says for chevy, you have to buy the studs for the later models.
