I have the +4s & Bosch wires in my Blazer. Not sure how much "power" it increases, if any, but highway milage increased about 2-3mpg, whicjh is good for the road trips we use it for.

gET THE ac RAPID FIRES BEST PLUGS YOU CAN GET. WHEN YOU FIRE THE PLATNUM 4 MOST OF THE SPARK WILL GO TO THE CLOSEST PRAWN AND THE OTHER 3 HAVE A VERY SMALL SPARK. AC RAPIDFIRES ARE YOUR BEST BET.

no,no,no, and no.... Don't buy rapidfires- they are crap. They are the 2nd worst plug I have tried in my car. The bosch +4's are the worst! They worked great for about two weeks tops (like the car was on crack) the it was downhilll fast. My ignition burned them up fast. Right now I am running Autolite double pltinums and they are great- over three months now and as great as the day I put them in.

I've had bad experiances w/autolite, and will never, ever use those again. Gimme the Bosch supers over that. please!!!!
I do know that you don't use any platinum/"exotic" plugs w/msd boxes though.

I currrently have the Bosch + 4s and they run just fine in mine car, but then again my ignition system is heavily modified since I had so many ignition related problems in the past and just went overkill on all the ignition parts.
The +4s run a little on the hot side, not the best plugs for a stock engine. Even though they work just fine in my car and I am happy with them, I would not buy them again simply because of the price. I got enough voltage going through my ignition system to even make a weak spark plug good.
If money is a concern I would not get them, not going to have any noticable increase over any other decent spark plug.

I've been using Bosch Platinum+4 plugs and Accel 8mm wires since I replaced my whole ignition system two months ago, the car runs really well and gets 25mpg. The only difference I noticed is before the car warms up completely it hesitates for a moment to accelerate when I first press the throttle.
