Car: 1989 Firebird Formula 350
Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt Borg Warner 3.27 gears
OK...gonna put water pump on tommorow...

Anyone got any good tips or suggesstions on how to keep the timing cover from coming loose while I am getting the pump off?I don't want to get any coolant in the oil and anything would be appreciated since I got the stuff ready now.

timing cover shouldnt come loose, just don't pry on it.
