I was just wondering what that thing is in the red circle?
I was surfing Ebay and found this picture of an intake and well I never really noticed this part before and I just kind of wonder what it does.

yup, it's a cold start injector. It's actually on the back of the intake and is used on startup to richen the mixture. Fuel Injection's version of a choke.
