hey guys i was just wondering if they make those computer tuners for 2.8's the ones you plug into the under dash computer port and if they do does anybody know who carries them in toronto

Those 'tuners' are for OBD-2 cars...we've got the old school OBD-1 system. But what we DO have is plug-in PROM chips. The problem is, PROM chips are mass produced for people commercially and they're designed for a stock vehicle...so a modified vehicle will not achieve peak power out of a PROM replacement unless it's custom burned.

If you can't find a local speed shop than can order them, you can always try SummitRacing.com or JEGS.com. I'm sure they'll ship all of North America, they just might tack on an extra fee for the out of country thing.

I hear Hypertech makes a good chip...
