junkyard, ebay, or similar is your best bet. then take them to a machine shop and have them magnafluxed, machined, new guides, 3 angle valve job, ported and polished if you have the $$.

check GMs website or call a dealership. you can also check w/ a machine and see if they know where to find some new or reconditioned heads for it. maybe an aftermarket like NAPA or (i hate to say it) Autozone would supply them too. those would be a good starting point for ya.

I just checked my GM Performance Parts book.
I could not find a number for just the 3.4 heads. Parts for 3.4 heads, but no separate head listing number.
I know the crate engines go for about $1800 - $2100 now.
Ya got free 3.4 bottom end is excellent!
One guy had a spare set of used 3.4 heads for sale but they is gone, I'll bet.
Why not use the part number cast on the 3.4 heads you already have? That should work.

3.4 crate head with valves = 12363214

3.4 crate head less parts = 14054884

you could try a set of FWD aluminum heads on it. they will bolt right up and flow better than the iron ones. they won't exactly be a direct replacement though if that's what you're looking for. they would require the FWD intake also...
