AFPR and shiftkit installed

Finally! The AFPR made a huge difference in power (well SOTP anyway, actually more like feeling my back against the seat). I'm still lean too (though not AS lean). The thing hammers you into the seat when it hits second. NOw, when I get the BLM's where they ned to be, we'll see if we can't go spank a fox body. Now all I need is my hedders and cut-outs.... Also got plans for a bottle to go in soon, I've found a way to install it totally concealed. Dude's won't know what hit them.

dead spots in powerband gone

Tonight I was Adjusting the TV cable, trying to lower the shift points in the band. In short, I succeeded. I am overjoyed. Power delivery is now constant, the shifts are super hard (shiftkit, duh). I hit 2nd gear at wot at the peak of power delivery (YAY!!!), third ger hits in the same fashion (I'm also able to hold 4th gear at a wider throttle opening). Now, all I have to do is find out why my car has a hot miss, I'll be good to go to the track for comparitive data.

Good deal! What did you set the idle pressure to?

Really nice car! Original paint?

Seems that the early 3rd gens are getting more and more scarce these days.

I'm also curious to know also about the pressure setting. Using the stock injectors?

Idle fuel pressure?

I JUST set it to 42 tonight (was adjusting for drivability, not performance). The pressure seemed to provide the most power about 45 psi (idle). I thought the higher pressure had to do with my hot miss, I was wrong, I have an injector problem. I must say though, it is nice having the car screech hitting 2nd. , Oh yeah, they're the 3.4 injectors.
