Hesitation

Hey guys i checked the search but not finding this. When i press on my guess sometimes it hesitates and seems like no gas is getting to the enging or something.. It just kinda jumps alittle bit and then once i get the RPM's up alittle bit its fine and then it doesnt do it again, it did it today after driving back from alittle picnic with my fiance and daughter :lala: the town is about 10 miles away and it was really raining on the way, and as i pulled into town i stoped at a stop light after not stopping for 10 miles and when i pulled out it did it. Any guesses what this is?

You're running your MAT disconnected?

That would most certainly be your problem!!

I ran mine disconnected once to see what would happen. I believe my 0-30 mph time was around 10 seconds. Lost more power than you would believe.

The MAT isn't what you might consider a MAJOR sensor...but it plays a part in the computer calculating a proper A/F ratio. The MAT as its name suggests tells the computer the temperature of the incoming air charge. With it disconnected, the computer would probably calculate your ratio using a default value input for the MAT....but who knows what that default value would be. Y

Your hesitation could very well be from a bad air to fuel ratio.... Reconnect the MAT if you can...even if it's not in the airbox...as long as the temperature of the air the MAT is in is CLOSE to the temperature of your incoming air....it will work.

Might also want to check the O2 sensor, that was my hesitation problem.
