Going to make Billet Aluminum Underdrive Crank Pulley for V6

I am going to make a Billet Aluminum Underdrive Crank pulley for my 89 RS' next semester in the machine shop class, my buddy made one for his car it was sick. So i've decided to make one, but im also going to make as many pulleys as i can in the Billet .

With that info, I would suggest you make them 1/2" larger diameter than the current underdrive pulleys from ASP. This will allow you to still run the stock 105amp alt without problems at idle.

I plan to have a Fluidampr "raceseries aluminum dampner" fitted to the crank snout of the motor I plan to build- then run a (slightly larger than V6) V8 aluminum powerpulley.
