Running with no Air Filter

I went to give someone a jump start today and when i popped y hood my air filter had fallen out of the rubber hose so all the air it had been sucking in was not filterd. I think it may have been like that for about a month at least because i remeber hearing a whistle a while back but didnt think any thing of it. Any way i know it has sucked in gobbs of dirt from the fields by my house and on my way to school. I have noticed it has been stalling in trafic and has been takeing a few cranks to start. Im was allready planing on doing a full tune up next week any way. But would that explain my stalling and hard startS?

Id run some upper cylinder lube n cleaner through it. Can of junk you let the car suck up through a vac line.

Have no idea. But napa sells 3-4 brands that do the same thing.
I hate dealing with the dealer for stuff.

That top end cleaner is better than carb cleaner but it will have some lube in it. but upper cylinder lube is just that., like mixing oil into the gas. You can find some called upper cyl lube or use good old marvelous mystery oil in your gas after you do the top end cleaner.
