Fuel pressure gauge?

I need a fuel pressure guage because i know I have leaky injectors, if i put my head by the intake manifold and have somoen prime the car by turning the key on, i here a like a water gun spray, this is not normal right? But anyway, i'm looking to get a perment fuel pressure gauge put on my car. There an inlet on the back of the manifold, can i just plug one in there and set it up that way? And what do you guys recommand for guage and a way to go about doing this, Thanks again

I put a tap on my fuel rail from the 4an shrader valve.
The only thing I did was, devalve the shrader valve (like a tire valve core) and stuck a like on there.
I have pics on my car domain site in the sig, several ones of the fuel rail.
