shifting wrongfull

shifting wrongfull
Just came back from the beach today and when i was coming back
i noted that when i was cruizing(about 30 mph)my tranny was shifting gears up and down and i had to step on the gas for it to stop.Anyone has any sugestion what that could be.Personally i think that was my converter.If i have to replace that with one is recommended by you guys.....Also when i check the tranny oil it was a little bit over,is that causing my car shifting problem?
