Found it!
I found out what is squeking from my engine. Its the darn belt. I but a little belt dressing on it, but it still squaks a little. This is a brand new belt. Its a serp belt. My hermonic balancer wobbles so wondering if that is what is causing it, don't have the money for that though right now. Any ideas on what to do would be great, thanks

sorry to be the one to break it to you...If your balancer is wobbling, you have a bit more to be worried about then your serp belt. Unfortunately you need to get that balancer taken care of. I don't know if you can fix them, but you definately need to replace it ASAP. I'm sure that if you shopped around a little, you could find one for under $60, not too bad. The process is pretty simple too.

Actually I believe "new" from GM is $60 (which still isn't bad)! Go after the junkyard one first tho. Remove the junkyard car's crank pulley and check to make sure that the rubber between the balancer inner hub and balancer's outer ring isn't falling out. The inner hub, rubber "isolation ring", and outer ring should all be in an exact line.
Dammit I gotta take that picture of my slipped balancer so I can just say "Make sure it doesn't look like this picture"

What more should I be worrying about, it only does it at low RPM and when it gets above 1000 RPM it smooths out. Could this be wrecking the motor? Thanks guys, any help is much app.

It is probably more that it appears to even out than it actually does. Yeah, a messed up balancer can send the whole crankshaft out of balance, and then you end up with all sorts of nasty things.

Its not all that bad, but it is however a lil shaky at low rpm but fine at cruising speed, i will be picking one up, i hope it just a balancer and nothing more. I think it would be worse if the crankshaft was out of wack. It would be worse also at high rpms. Right? Thanks again guys
