How do I undo these wires?

Engine: 2.8L of PURE STOCK POWER
How do I undo these wires?

The wires that hooki into the connectors for the gauge cluster. Whats the trick to getting the wires out of the connector?

Car: 1966 impala , 1998 sebring vert,1978 buick regal turbo, 1991 chevy silverado 3/4ton 4x4 lifted
Engine: 283, 2.5,3.8 turbo 350
Transmission: powerglide,auto overdrive, th350,4L80
the little tab should push out thru the back on those attached to the wire

Take a small thin screw driver and push in from the front side to unlock the tab on the pin and then pull the wire out the back. Sort of like in this picture.
