Fuel Lines

You might run into trouble making the rubber ends that attach by the fuel tank. Inline tube sells new steel tubes for the V8. They probably are the same as for the V6. Measure to find out, or contact them.

Al line is good it is light. I woudl go with 1/4'' for a V6.
The tank on a TPI V8's and MPIF V6's are the same when I checked the junk yard back when I thought I had a hole in my tank (stupid leaking fuel lines).

I AGREE HUH?
Beyond that
find the threads about swapping in a fuel pump.
Basically ya "drop down exhaust"
Lower axle (detatch shocks) and twist tank out.
HARDEST PART IS
When ya drop or INSERT BACK IN TANK
MAKE SURE about your filler neck!
BE GENTLE ON THAT POINT it is "fragile".
Ya wanna stick in neck into tank filler spot, then twist & rotate upward, seat tank back into car.
Yes it is a project.
Plan on doing a new fuel pump at same time, as you'll not want to do this again. Look at it as a blessing.
You'll be getting a good tank & new pump done all same time
PS BIG TIP
FIND a post 1990 tank
WHY BETTER INTERNAL BAFFLES ARE BUILT IN SO WHEN YA GOING & DOING EXTREME "G"s FORCES (turns) THE GAS WON'T LEAVE THE FUEL PICK UP!

I'd rather hear ya scored a cheap post 1990 tank & ya have the project done & ya leak free.
Gas leaking by exhaust system is not a wise thing to drive!

OR MAKE SURE your "putting hole in tank" is a good story so we all have a good laugh!
