hey..im new here..i just got a 89 firebird..v6..its got the same motor as my 89 chevy corsica.haha..my car needs some work..but i payed 1200 bucks for it

itsa a fiberglass hood..i think its custom because ive never seen one b4. it doesnt have hinges on it. i have hood pins on it. so its a pain in the *** to work on the motor because i haveto take the hood all the way off

that's not always a pain. it eliminates the overhead interferance and you have more working room back by the distributor if you need it. Welcome to the boards and nice car!

I was likin my hindged hood as I put an alternator, moded smog pump, and the top half of the intake on in the pouring rain, least my head stayed dry.
