Still stalls when cold...

CSI system has been installed for the past week to make the 3.1 compatible with the 2.8 ECM. The engine has NO vacuum leaks... I plugged the damn EGR port, and none of the lines are leaking, I even have a pair of hose clamps on the brake booster hose to keep that from coming off. The valve on the booster itself is okay so I don't think that is a problem. Now, the engine starts with less troble but still has to be warmed up to 100* indicated coolant temperature as shown on the gauge for it to run without my foot on the gas. The engine finally idles below 1000 RPM when at its highest temperature (about 150-160* ICT), and yes, I still have the damn exhaust leak. I also know I should replace the thermostat ASAP since it doesnt seem to let the engine get hot enough to enter closed loop (still getting 20+ MPG though).

Any ideas?

make sure that you have the ECT plugged in and it's seated firmly, that'll give you major cold start problems if it has a badd connection. The connection could be good enough not to set a light, but bad enough to mess with you.

Well, I do know the pigtail is broken, but it's been broke for a while now, and I still have had the problem even though I replaced the sensor itself. I'll have to see about getting a new pigtail then...

BTW, does anyone know exactly what temperature the CSI is supposed to turn OFF at?
