What else would be needed to make this pump work. Can it work on a stock to lightly modified motor? or do I need bigger injectors/fuel rails etc......?

I would recommend getting a stock A/C Delco pump from an '89 Corvette. I run these in two of my cars. They have all metal internals so they last longer than our factory POS with the plastic internals and they provide enough flow for a 350HP Corvette so it'll be more than plenty for your V6. Again, I have had one in my V6 Camaro for about 3 years now, and one in a V8 TBI350 truck of mine for about 10 years.

Venom? You could ask on the TPI forum about those, I guess. But most guys over there use a Walbro, which would be overkill for our V6's. Like was suggested, use a stock V8 tpi pump.

Unless you plan on running a supercharger and nitrous at the same time to run a 2 second quarter mile, you'll never need more flow than a V8!
