Starting issues

So I've got an interesting problem...

After I've been driving my 'bird for a while, and shut it off, it won't start...Pretty much it'll crank, but won't catch. Looking in the carb while someone tries to pump and start it, don't see really much gas, so I'm thinking it's somewhere in there...

The mechanics I've taken it to have been stumped...Fuel lines, filter, carb, have all been replaced...

Anyone had that problem before, or have any ideas?
