fire but no fuel

88' camaro 2.8. car stalled as if out of fuel. i added fuel but still will not crank. i checked the plugs and coil is firing. i also checked the fuel pressure at the rail. everything checks out, but car will not crank. what controls the injectors as i believe they are not opening and how would i check them. thanks

ecm controls the injectors. either get a noid lite, or a harness
tester.

or

Does the fuel pressure go down when the engien is cranked?? if it isn't, then the injectors aren't working.

I'd say replace your coil.
It's $25 experiment.
You can clip/click all connections, lay aside & try to start. If no start, look elsewhere.
You can then return new coil cause there is no wear.
Sounds exactly like what has happened, your coil died.
The spark must be lightening bolt White for engine to ignite.
