Fuel pressure 50 PSI on stock motor?
That Tech FAQ chart showed that stock FP is 42,bumping it up to 50 on a stock motor is ok and shows gains? Does the same go with a V6? Any of the AFPR for TPI's work for the V6 right?
My 3.1 only has a Cat/Catback and Intake and I'd like to increase the pressure to 46-50

46 to 50psi....on what size injectors, stock? What is your stock pressure, no vacuum? And don't tell me 'what it should be', tell me what yours IS. Because I've noticed as much as a +/- 5 psi variance between stock parts in other cars.
Sounds too high to me. Especially for not having modifications aside from basics... I suspect bumping fuel pressure will not gain you power, only make you richer. You don't need it without, as a minimum, intake manifold work, maybe a mild cam, or mild headwork....
You definitely aren't at the point where you NEED the extra fuel yet. Trust me. Been there, done that with an AFPR.....thought I needed the extra fuel so I bumped it up....ended up running SO rich that it wouldnt idle correctly and was making ****ty numbers on the dyno, and blowing black/grey smoke on decel. And this was with stock injectors also, on a very modified motor.
