Axle/Gears: Stock 3.23 open diff
Fuel questions

How can I releave the pressure in the fuel lines so fuel doesn't go everywhere when I disconnect something?? Just curious what is the stock fuel pressure on a 3.1??

My personal favorite, straight out of the old Haynes manual, pull the fuel pump fuse and start the engine. Just let it run out of gas!

wonder if my mechanical Fuel pump has a fuse any tipes for relieveing pressure for the carbed guys that dont know how to relieve the pressure?

A carb should only have 4-7psi, rather than 30-50psi like an injected car, so its not much of an issue with a carb. Just disconnect the line with something under it to catch the gas.

Yes
Disconnect gas line while driving to reduce fuel puddling on the hot intake so fuel can catch fire once fuel hits hot surface!

also remove the gas cap to relieve the pressure in the tank
