ram air

Have been a member for a number of years just have never posted.
I built my cai a few years back and want to now make it a ram air system which i know what i want to do. My ? is has anyone ever had a prob with there ram air when it rains. I am worried about rain water going into the intake a causing a prob down the line the system will come from either under the car or in the nose cone somewhere and ram the air into the filter directly and on to the intake any info on the matter would be great by the way it is a 3.1 v6 in a firebird.

I have ram air on my camaro, so it may be different, but either way the location of my ram air is just behind the fog lights and no i do not have problems with rain/fog/snow and no the foglights are not actually there so that has not effect on it. The only thing that does suck is dust from constructions areas and bugs. Gonna have to get some sort of chicken fence material to put in the grille to deflect those kinds of things.
