Vacume/MAF/Injector questions.

ok i have a ses light on all the time its a code 34 thats all the car ever shows when i read the codes i was wondering how big of a vacume leak would be required for my car to throw a code 34 MAF low? about the injectors i think i may have one going out cause the injectors are so loud that i can hear them with the hood closed and the engine at idle. checked all the valve lash and such and that is all correct so i know its not valve clatter or a related noise and i have recepts from when all the lifters and those parts were replace so i would not think that would be it but back to the injectors. how loud should they be and if i do have on going bad how do i check? i was going to replace them all after i got my tax return but i now think that one has gone bad cause the other day i went out to start the car and it is running a little rough and when i get on the gas it has a bit of lag. sound right? i have checked all the electrical on the engine hell i replaced it all when i got the car so its all got less than 2,000 miles on it! a lot less. could a maf problem cause this? i would not think so personally cause if so it would have started with the MAF code correct? oh and the clatter got a LOT quieter when it started running worse.

use a propane torch (unlit) or a can of spray oil to find the leak

id clean the maf with compressed air too

try unplugging the maf to see if it makes a difference

i have done the vacume leak test with the oil but i was asking cause i think that i have a small vacume leak in my dash and was wondering would a small leak be enough airflow for the car to throw a code?
