Verajet Tuning

Besides a Mutimeter and a Dewell meter what tools do i need to do any and all adjustments to the verajet? im also planning to get a tunning guide for the carb, (would a haynes be better then a chiltons or the other way around?) thanks

Moving from Carb to V6 (too many V8 guys on the Carb forum for us to be of much use to you).
