Transmission: Tremic TKO 600 RR
Red Line

Hi

I have the3.4 crate engine, with Holley 4 Brl. on the Edelbrock intake, headers.cam and valve train is stock that came with the engine. What should I use as a Red Line, I have not rev-limiter etc. what can I wind this engine up to and be safe

probably the same as a 3.1, 6000 I beleive it is.

7000 is factory cut out redline for those with one, me thinks.

though temp weather n all kinds of stuff can make the best shift rpm move all over the place. If you ever rode dirt bikes or what not with no tach, you should be fine ignoring the tach.

Engine: 3.1...not hardly stock
Transmission: 700r4....not stock either
Axle/Gears: 3.73
i'd go 6000, maybe 6500; if you have good exhaust.
