Big WTF?

ok, still working on this miss/studder in my car. Right now I'm running cheapo cap n wires.

Today I go to 3 of the 5 parts stores. Nobody stocks any brand brass cap/rotor kit.

Nobody stocks DIY wires besides the accell

Neither had any horn buttons to fit.. basically a grant steering wheel (mines not grant, but same horn).

So wheres the cheapest place to online order a brass cap/rotor kit. Preferbly not accell.

Cheapest place for the MSD DIY wires?

With autozone I find it best to find the part number online first then just ask for stuff by it. If you let them look it up, they don't find half of the right stuff.

az wanted to charge $10 for a cap n $8 for a rotor cause their computer in store doesn't show any kits.
Well they do have a wells kit for $13.
They try to push their autocraft or something brand.

ask for a set of plug and all they will show you in store is plugs starting at $2+ each, go online and you can get part numbers for several under $2, even platinums.

I got bosche copper core supers for $1.19

autozone looked it up, they would have to get the accell cap from the warehouse, dont keep it in stock. And yes it showed the kit number.

Plugs I already know by number and ask that way.

Also, these people know my face, know I do crazy ****, and usually turn the monitor towards me so I can pick the part. They know I know most my ****.

As I was walking out of one, an off hours employee come walking in and said hi, asked why I didnt have any parts in hand.

Another, the guy at a different store was bragging about some 350 camaro he test drove, and that mine was a "poser" because I have an iroc hood. I told him I drove a B4C camaro last week and wasnt impressed. He didnt even know WTF that was.
