Anyone know of any places that sell a 3.4 crate with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty?

short block engine rebuild here was quoted 700-800.
I paid 200 to have the heads done 2 years ago with crane springs/retainers.
Gaskets and oil pump around 200.
So thats 1000-1200 in just the engine.
Front end, depends on what all you want done, and how nice you want to go.

I was thinking just get the polygraphite rebuild kit for the front end. I am between fixing my camaro and makeing it a reliable daily driver or buying a cheap car and makeing that my daily driver. I am trying to weigh all my options before i make a decision.

To have a shop do it you're looking ~$3600 for everything, Engine R&R, rebuild, clutch if applicable, water pump, oil pump, and suspension work. But again, it all depends on how far you want to go...

That price is not too bad. That includes removel and installation of the engine as well and warranty.

What do you want in the way of front suspension??? Everything? A-Arm bushings, ball joints, struts, springs, and sway bar bushings/end-links?
Do you want to do all the steering stuff too? Pitman arm, idler arm, outer tie-rod ends.
How about parts? Stock replacments or aftermarket? If you decide to supply the parts, then it's easier on the shop since most shops get mainly OEM replacment stuff. I'll get you a labor quote tomorrow. I don't have anything else lined up right now except struts/alignment on my car.

I need new balljoints tie rods etc my front suspension has 243,000 on it and it pulls to the right even after alignments and the steering is loose not tight like it used to be I would want new struts put on the rear shocks i can do when i have time.
My engine i have in the car now is a 3.1 I just want a stock rebuild with a comp cam new valves the heads rebuilt etc. If needed i can supply all the parts but i dont know how that would work into the warranty of the enigne if a rod went or something.

If all you want to change is a cam, most places won't hassle that for a warranty, obviously you'd have to find out from whatever shop did the work.
The main thing I need to know is if you need prices on the ball joints and struts and stuff, or if you want to supply your own aftermarket stuff. I can get prices on the stock replacment stuff for you, but as far as "performance" applications, you'll probably get a better price supplying it yourself as opposed to us getting it and marking it up, you know.
